About Stream:20

• Stream:20 was founded in 2005 in the belief that very soon, digital as a channel would overtake offline channels in being the main capture channel for sales. We also believed that digital marketing was a process, a straightforward process that did not require fluffy marketing or smoke and mirrors. Stream:20 was born to push online to the forefront of our clients businesses.


• At that time, online represented probably 10% of all sales in a typical business. In the 6 years since then, we have managed to take many of our clients to well over 50% of sales (and growing). Some of our clients work exclusively online.


• We have been lucky enough to be involved in helping businesses of all sizes become online centric, helping drive change in these business from the inside, structuring them to grow the online channel.


• Our discipline is simple, yet effective – we focus all our activity on KPIs – sales, engagement, conversion, churn, loyalty. The only reason we are here is to doggedly improve these KPIs because this is what helps our client’ digital businesses grow.
