Serge Milbank
Director and Co-founder of Stream:20
Serge has been in steeped in Online Marketing for 13 years and is first and foremost an expert in the analysis of the metrics of online sales. An online generalist at heart, but an expert in email marketing, online media, analytics, conversion, partnership marketing and channel management

More recently he developed and ran corporate training programmes for several multinational award winning Blue-chip marketing departments
Patrick Bray
Head of Training/Senior Consultant

Patrick has been managing large scale, consumer-facing online projects since 1995 and has a vast range of digital marketing experience working for clients such as BSkyB, RBS, Experian, Betfair, Waitrose and General Motors (Opel).
As a speaker and NLP practitioner Patrick has conducted numerous training workshops, speaking engagements and coaching sessions in the UK, Germany and Far East. His opinions are often sought after, having been interviewed by BBC World Service, ITV and Radio5 Live, and quoted in The Guardian, The Independent, Telegraph, Legal Week and eBusiness Magazine.
Stuart Russell
Senior Email Consultant
Stuart joined Stream:20 in 2008. He has implemented enterprise-wide Email governance rules and best practice guidelines for such clients as BSkyB and EMI. He has worked on ESP selection and bedding in processes, led email training workshops, devised eCRM programs and reporting processes for core products, along with the creation of road map strategies for key customer email programs.
Stuart’s working life started in market research, where he quickly developed his love-affair with email marketing; enjoying the B2B market’s early adoption of what would become email best practice industry-wide. Moving into B2C and online travel, he developed eCRM programs at a leading accommodation specialist and then moved to the CRM department of one of online gambling’s most innovative businesses, working closely with data teams to deliver cutting-edge email programs.
Dan Brewer
Head of Consultancy
As Head of Consultancy Dan’s responsibilities include Client and team management, strategy development and contract management.
With over eight years online marketing experience across agency, network and client side engagements Dan brings expertise in the Display Media, Affiliate, Email and Search Marketing channels working with media properties and technology companies of all sizes.
Dan formerly headed up the Advertising.com’s (now AOL Advertising) largest European affiliate division developing the affiliate networks reach delivering over £1m revenue in the first 12 months.
Dan works across many of Stream:20’s profile accounts including Sky UK, Sky Germany, Hotel Club and National Express account.
